I did a horrible job blogging about India. But that’s ok! I had to learn somehow!
Anyway, going forward, my posts will be mostly pictures with some commentary here and there based on what I remember.
We stopped for lunch somewhere midway between Jaipur and Bundi. There was a pond nearby with…well, as you can see, a LOT of catfish. The tenders of the place we stopped started feeding the fish which brought on this crazy feeding frenzy.
Stopped along the way to see stepwells.
I saw lots of dried cow patties. Basically dried cow poop that can be burned later.
A brick factory.
More cow patties.
Arriving in Bundi, our bus driver did his best to get us right to our accommodation. Well, it only took driving the bus down a very narrow street and interrupting a wedding procession in the process. Ooops. I would have walked a little way to avoid such a disruption but I wasn’t running the tour.
Walking tour of Bundi – this was a big stepwell!
Ancient development on the outskirting hills of Bundi.
An old stepwell that was not very well kept.
This was the stepwell we studied in Bundi. It was L-shaped.
I think this was a stepwell more in the center of the town. It was a deep one though.
Same as above.

It’s a trash can. 🙂 .

Another cute trash can.
